Type any email address you can read and enter the 6-digit code that is emailed to it, or tap Continue with Apple. There is no password to remember. A new account starts with empty books.
Open Settings › Account. Your forwarding address is shown under Email forwarding. Forward any receipt or invoice email to it and it appears in your Receipt Inbox, read and ready to file.
A purchase made with Apple Pay can be logged by a Shortcuts automation you build once on your own phone. It takes about two minutes and the steps are in Settings › Money › Tap to pay. In short: Shortcuts › Automation › Wallet › pick your cards › add the Log Tap action from CrehzTracker › set its Amount and Merchant from Shortcut Input. Apple does not let apps ship a personal automation, so this is the one thing you set up by hand.
If a purchase does not appear and you see “Couldn’t read a tap”, send us the text of that message. If nothing appears at all, check the automation is saved with Run Immediately on. Some card issuers show a Wallet banner but never raise the trigger Shortcuts listens for; if one card never logs while others do, that card is one of them, and its purchases can be scanned or dictated instead.
Only for automatic mileage. Turn on Auto tracking on the Mileage page and drives are detected and measured for you. Everything else works with location declined, and you can always add a trip by hand.
The assistant behind the orb at the bottom right. Ask it about your own books, out loud or typed, and it answers from your numbers. It can also file an entry from what you say.
Pick Musician & Artist, Consulting and Business or Personal in Settings. With Separate books per profile on, each profile keeps its own entries and switching profiles switches books; off, every profile shares one set.
Yes. Sign in on another phone with the same account and your books appear there. The app also works offline and catches up when it is back online.
Settings › Account › Clear all data empties your entries and your budget, on this phone and on your account, and keeps your settings. With separate books on, it clears only the open profile.
Settings › Account › Delete account, then type DELETE. This removes your account, every entry and every receipt image from our servers, and clears the phone. It cannot be undone.
